Tending to our grief is a sacred process. If we can learn to gently move with it instead of pushing against it, we can learn that we do not have to fear our grief. Our emotions are not meant to be exiled, nor our emotional processes. Many of us feel grief in different parts of the body however often, we point to the chest area as holding much of our mourning. In this workshop, we will discuss tools for supporting the heart center and emotional body during our grief including rituals, herbal allies, flower essences, and much more.
